A little of this and that

John didn't find it too hard to get into the relaxation mode upon arriving. I on the other hand didn't want to waste a single minute of vacation and thought that if I wasn't doing something all the time I wasn't fully using our vacation. Patiently John reminded me that relaxing on the beach was using our vacation to the max.

The dock right outside of our resort. This was perfect for divers and snorkelers. They could arrange a dive/snorkel from the beach at the hotel and then wait for the boat to pick them up and drop them off. It was good for both the diving business and the resort.
In Mexico it is not what you know but who you know and we knew Riccardo. He set us up with a car, and got us into contact with our return trip to the airport, and made reservations for us at the two restaurants. The phone calls from the resort out were $7/minute but Riccardo had an outside line. Thank you.
The housekeepers not only made up the rooms but they made these animals out of the towels each day. We had a lobster, a swan, and an elephant. They carried buckets of fresh flowers that used every day. Talented. I really appreciated that special touch.
Not only the beach was beautiful but the pool as well.
Nicole, you inspired me to take photos of my feet on the beach.
When ever we go somewhere, I like to take a photo of John and I kissing. I wanted a silhouette of us against the setting sun. It is a timed photo and I really like it. I love that after being married almost 15 years and dating 5 years before that he still likes to kiss. In my head I always want a current kissing photo in case anything happens to one of us. Weird I know.
Last day on the beach and finally some sun.
A view of the sunset from the window of our plane. And that is the last post of Mexico.
