My very talented entrepreneurial friend has spent the last 4 or 5 years working on her toffee business.  It has been a joy to watch her grow, learn and manage this.  I remember when she was doing taste tests trying out different types of chocolate for the toffee and then working on her toffee name and logo.  She has poured her heart and soul into this business taking it from an in-house small batch product to building a small commercial kitchen so she can wholesale her product.  Then came the first wholesale clients, a little at first and then more. I have been inspired by her as she has and continues to work at this business.  I have been so honored to be able to watch from the sidelines, cheer her on and photograph her product for her.  Heres to you Anytime Toffee!
