A couple of years ago John's Dad brought up this length of rope.  I'm thinking "what do we need that for?"  It wasn't for us, it was for the kids.  I'm still thinking "What do they need that for?"  Well apparently they needed it for lots of things.  One thing was to tie around buckets and hoist themselves about 6 feet into the air before crash landing.  Recently they have discovered another use for it.  Lona will grab one end and start running while Skagit grabs the other end and chases her around the yard.  They can do this for an hour or more.  Everyone needs a large piece of rope.

Quelques annees passee, le pere de John nous donnons une piece de corde.  Je pense "Pour quoi nous avons besoins une corde?"  Mais c'est pas pour nous, c'est pour les enfant.  Et je pense "Pour quoi les enfants ont besoins une corde?"  Apparemment les enfant ont besoins une corde pour beaucoup des choses.

Job lui hisse dans un baquet en l'aire.  Cemment, Lona saisi un fin de la corde et couri.  Skagit saisi l'autre fin de la corde et chase Lona.  C'est vraiment amusant.  Tout le monde a besoins une piece de corde.
